Quite often over the years, I wondered where home actually was until I finally realised that it could be in more than one place. There was something remarkable and comforting about that, especially with family on the other side of the world.
I remember as a child it used to give me anxiety when anyone asked me where I was from. I always admired my friends who could confidently belt out one country. So simple.
I'm sure I'll return to this article throughout the years because my definition of home is a constant and shifting mosaic.

Yes, home could be multiple places! Or even no place at all. It is with whom that we make a place a home, even with oneself.

For sure! Sometimes I’ll just give them my citizenship and other times I’ll go into a detailed explanation. All depends how chatty I feel 😀
